- Please be on the premises for your appointment to provide clear and thoughtful guidance to your helper. This applies only to initial visits for out-of-town pet and plant care.
- Please secure all valuables before the arrival of your helper. Our employees are honest and hard-working. They do not need the added stress and responsibility of keeping track of your personal belongings.
- By scheduling an appointment you agree to fulfill payment for services rendered.
- We will not participate in illegal activities.
- We reserve the right to refuse to work in unsafe and/or rude conditions.
- Our helpers are not responsible for circumstances beyond their control or for anything that happens when they are not on premises.
- For unforeseen circumstances please allow us the courtesy of remedying the situation before taking your concerns elsewhere.
- Our prices reflect our quality and dependability.
